Webex, Inc. a leading provider of precision process rolls for the converting industry in Neenah, WI, has finalized acquisition of REM Manufacturing, an established producer of slitter/rewinders located in Hackettstown, NJ.

Serving customers throughout North America since 1985, REM Manufacturing has engineered and produced a line of slitter/rewinders, including models with full duplex, turret duplex, center surface and cantilever winding designs. REM has also built large diameter slitter/rewinders and high-speed slitters with lift-out rewind stations.
